Overall clean venue with convenient location easy to get to by bus from Savidor bus & train stations. Tastefully decorated room with couches, a big balcony, as for instance as expected. Modern design.

the hotel was immaculately clean and had very helpful and caring staff at the check-out. its location in tel aviv was perfect and magnificent, next to the beach, in the heart of and the main streets for cafés. it was reasonably priced.

The location is central. What's more, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of the city👌🙂👌

Truly enjoyed our stay, couldn't recommend more this hotel. It was spotlessly clean with efficient staff. The location was magnificent in a very very nice area, near to the beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pubs, shops and restaurants.

The location is good and beautiful, just a pleasant stroll away from Frishman Beach. Their rooms are always reasonably large and perfect little with very strong AC, a really nice balcony, as example.

Our stay at Dizengoff Sea Residence was great overall. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the main street, making it convenient to explore the city. The room and facilities were clean and recently remodeled, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the available amenities, such as the fridge, elevator, and hot water and coffee in the lobby. The reception staff were helpful and even printed a document for us without any problems. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the lack of a hairdryer in the room and thin blankets, we would definitely consider staying here again. I would recommend this hotel for its value for the price.

Public parking & FRIENDLY staff. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It's so close to Pana Po'o, good for a little drink. We greatly enjoyed staying in this luxurious place.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in the vibrant city center of Tel Aviv. The staff here truly pays attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms are incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the fabulous balcony in the rooms, which provided a stunning view of Tel Aviv.

The hotel has really excellent location - right in the centre of the city, 5 minutes walking to the beach, next door to various cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is old and very small, No cleaning in the room and changing towels at all for 5 days! No doors between the rooms in the apartment for 4 persons, so you all will sleep like in one room. Not enough hot water in the bathroom to have shower for 4 persons. Cheap for Israel, but for this money in Europe you will get much better service!

Excellent location: in a main street where you can find lots of shops, restaurants, near to the seaside, good public transport (buses, taxibuses) - in spite of these not too much noise. Everything is simple (in some aspects too simple) but not too expensive in Israel.

Not too easy to find because its entrance is from a narrow place between two buildings but 8-9 m deeper than the line of buildings of the street. Limited periods of time for presence of receptionists (in the mornings and afternoons). Olga is helpful and perfect in Russian but less in English.

Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was unbelievable, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be coming back for another visit!

Charged me incorrectly $360 instead of 90, were rude about me leaving my stuff for the day after checking out, claimed to have wifi but no internet in the rooms...
